What are the shipping times and how can I track my order?

We ship to mainland Spain, Portugal, Andorra, and France. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

What warranty do your products have?

All our products have a 2-year legal guarantee according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and the European Consumer Code .

If you receive something defective, incorrect, or with any other problem, we offer a free replacement or a full refund. To do so, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery .

How can I make an exchange or return?

We want you to be 100% satisfied . If your product isn't what you expected, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or refund.
