These Terms govern the online sale of products offered by Vualá to the user through vualastore.es .

2. Purchasing Procedure

• Automated email to the customer

The client must verify that all the information is correct.

3. Availability

The products listed are subject to availability.

If a product runs out of stock after the order is placed, the following will be offered:

• full refund, or

• alternative product.

4. Prices

Prices include VAT.

There may be updates without prior notice.

If there is an obvious pricing error, the customer will be notified before the order is shipped.

5. Accepted payment methods

• Cash on Delivery

• Bizum (if enabled)

7. Exchanges, returns, refunds and cancellations

8. Guarantees

The products have a legal guarantee of 2 years, in accordance with Spanish regulations.

9. Limitation of liability

Vualá is not responsible for:

• Damage resulting from improper use of the product

• Delays beyond the company's control

• Third-party service outages

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
